Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14 day return period. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

For change of mind returns, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.

To request a return, contact us at enquiries@doushaey.com before sending anything back.

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law, please contact us before returning it. We will assess the issue and, where a return is required, arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where appropriate.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Non Returnable Items

Because Doushaey is an intimate hygiene product, we cannot accept opened products for change of mind returns.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item in accordance with this policy. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at enquiries@doushaey.com.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
